About the Artist
Randy Honerlah

California artist, Randy Honerlah, grew up in the San Francisco bay area and currently resides in the Sierra foothills with his wife Sharon.
Randy has been painting since he was a boy. He studied art in college and with various artists and workshops. After 35 plus years working in the semiconductor industry he is now retired and painting as inspiration strikes. He has won many local and national awards for his paintings in acrylic. His subject matter ranges from landscapes, floral, animals and abstract. His works are in private collections from California to Hawaii to Europe, as well as in many corporate collections. Randy is a Signature Artist in the International Society of Acrylic Painters.
Artist Statement: Inspired by early 20th century craftsman design, I create art that feels both vintage and fresh. My style merges the bold flat color blocks of screen prints with the organic textured imperfections of woodblock art. I focus on simplified nature motifs and whimsical details to bring a touch of imaginative storytelling into everyday spaces. My current series, "Parklands-Contemporary Nostalgia" is a testament to that effort.
Artworks available for purchase, as originals, except where indicated as SOLD. Prints are available for almost all artworks. Contact Randy for more information.
